Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 311 (GT P3110) available for Pre-booking @ Rs 13,900
Samsung has officially started to take the pre bookings on its latest 7 inch tablet Galaxy Tab 2 P3110.
The TAB 2 GT 3110 costs around Rs 13,900 and will start shipping from first week of February. The Galaxy P3110 Tab 2 is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310 which was released in May last year for Rs Rs 19,500.
Difference between the Tab 2 311 and Tab 2 310 is that the latter supports the 3G SIM slot where as the former supports only Wifi, So no voice calling using the Tab 2 311 on the cellular networks. Apart from this difference most of the other features are same as that of its predecessor. So we can say the Galaxy Tab 2 P3110 is the sub version of its elder variant.
Galaxy Tab 2 P3110 runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and is based on a 1 GHz dual-core processor (hopefully TI OMAP 4430 chipset) supported with 1GB RAM.
The 7 inch PLS capacitive display has a screen resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels and supports full HD playback. the tablet sports dual camera, 3 mega pixel rear camera without LED Flash but capable of recording HD videos of 720p and VGA front-facing camera for video calling via Wifi.
The tablet can be purchased from the Samsung India Estore, the delivery starts from first week of Feb 2013.
